Our first single origin coffee is a global treasure  Grown in the Southern Highlands of Ethiopia, at approximately 1700 to 2100 feet altitude, this heirloom coffee is harvested from October to December every year.
The beans are 'wet-processed'; the berries are pulped, then washed and left to ferment for around 48 hours, after which they are sun-dried for up to two weeks.
This unique practice gives the beans their delicate floral aroma with hints of citrus.  Flavour notes include sweet berries with a hint of acidity.
This exquisite variety is a must-have for any coffee lover.  Try it as a simple filter coffee, or even add a twist to home-brewed espresso.
